How can I reach Stresa?
Stresa can be reached from the campsite by boat, bus or train.
Are there cycle paths nearby?
About 1 km far from the campsite, a cycle path begins that runs along the lake and allows you to reach Verbania and Lake Mergozzo.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, both on the campsite and in mobile homes. They must be kept on a leash and accompanied outside the campsite for their needs.
Is there a laundry?
Yes, there is a washing machine and a coin-operated dryer.
Is there a bar / minimarket?
No, we have a small soft drink, ice cream and wine shop. You will find bars and restaurants in the centre of the town, 5 min walking.
Is there a beach?
The campsite is located directly on the lake, the size of the beach may vary according to the level of the lake. The campsite provides free sun beds and umbrellas.
How can I book?
You can book through the website or by sending us an email, in which you must indicate the period and type of pitch required (tent, camper, caravan). You will be asked for a deposit, but for short stays or last minute bookings, it is normally not necessary.
Is there a minimum stay?
No, only in high season to book a minimum stay of 3 nights is required for pitches, one week for mobile homes. In any case, the campsite also accepts shorter stays, based on daily availability. We recommend to you to call us and ask for availability.
How can I cancel my booking?
Just write us an email. Cancellations are subject to a penalty according to the cancellation policy set out at the time of booking.
I did not find the availability online, why
Not all pitches or mobile homes can be booked directly online. Send us a booking request, and we will reply as soon as possible
When do I have to leave the pitch? What time can I arrive?
Check out is before 12:00. Check-in is possible from 12:00. In certain periods and subject to availability, it is possible to have a late check out paying an extra fee in accordance with the reception.
Do mobile homes have air conditioning?
Yes, they are all equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold).
How does it work for laundry in mobile homes?
We provide blankets and bedspreads for free. Sheets and towels are not included, you can bring your own or rent them from us.
How does it work with the cleaning of mobile homes?
Cleaning and sanitizing have a mandatory cost charged to the customer for stays longer than 2 nights. The customer is required to leave the mobile home, the kitchen, the dishes tidy and throw out the rubbish. The management reserves the right to charge surcharges if the above conditions are not respected.
